CORE AERATION
- Reaches only 3–5% of the surface
- Leaves plugs and holes to clean up
- Holes close and compaction returns
- Never changes the soil’s structure

AERATION
WHY NOT JUST CORE AERATE?
Core Aeration pokes holes, BUT it doesn’t fix soil.
Mechanical aeration has been the default for decades — but pulling plugs reaches only a fraction of the surface and leaves the compaction underneath untouched. Liquid Aeration+ treats the whole surface and rebuilds the structure itself.
LIQUID AERATION+
- Treats 100% of the surface in one pass
- No plugs, no cleanup, no torn-up turf
- Rebuilds structure that lasts for months
- Works better every year you apply it
THE PROBLEM BELOW THE SURFACE
Compaction quietly costs you every season.
Packed soil chokes off water, air, and roots — so lawns thin out, hold water after rain, and struggle to actually grow. Our Liquid Aeration+ works on the soil structure itself, binding tight particles into larger aggregates and opening up connected pore space.
01
Water
Moves water into the profile instead of pooling or running off the surface.
02
Air
Lets oxygen reach the roots and microbes that keep soil alive.
03
Roots
Creates room for turf to build a deeper, more resilient root system.
04
Fertility
Healthier soil makes the fertilizer and inputs you already apply work harder.
WHAT IT ISN’T
Most “liquid aeration” is a band-aid.
Nearly every liquid aeration product on the market leans on surfactants, wetting agents, and humic acids. They move water around for a few weeks and feed soil biology — but they never change the compacted structure underneath. That’s why they’re sold for repeat applications several times a year: when the effect fades, the compaction is right where you left it.
TEMPORARY
Surfactants, wetting agents & penetrants
Lower water’s surface tension and open short-lived channels so it soaks in faster. The effect fades in weeks and the soil stays just as tight.
TEMPORARY
Humic & fulvic acids
Feed soil biology and free up nutrients. Helpful — but they don’t physically break up compaction.
Turf Worx Liquid Aeration+ works differently. It’s a soil-structuring polymer that binds compacted clay into larger, stable aggregates — a physical change independent labs have measured, and one that builds every year you apply it. It fixes the compaction instead of masking it.
